Rachel became a Non-Executive Director of Troy in July 2026.
Rachel brings 20 years of experience as a non executive director within financial services. She enjoyed an executive career in equity research and sales and was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank where she was Co-Head of the Pan European Banks equity research and sales teams until 2003. Since then she has worked in a non executive capacity with businesses across the listed fund, asset management and fintech sectors. She graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Maths and Management Studies.
