Charitable Giving

Troy Asset Management has an established policy of supporting charitable causes.Troy’s Charity Committee is chaired by a member of the Executive Committee.

In 2016, Troy Asset Management made a three-year commitment to Young Enterprise, one of the UK’s leading enterprise and financial education charities. Young Enterprise work with over 210,000 young people each year to develop their key skills such as communication, teamwork and problem solving. The partnership involves financial support and has seen staff members take part in financial education programmes at a variety of schools.

Each year a proportion of the budget is set aside to enable each member of staff to nominate a registered charity of their choice. In addition, in lieu of Christmas Cards, selected employees may nominate a charity to which Troy will make an additional donation.

Troy Asset Management also supports charitable fundraising efforts by permanent individual members of the staff, on a matched funding basis, up to £1,000 per staff member per year.

Charities which Troy is proud to have supported directly include:

Young Enterprise

The Stewart Ivory Financial Education Trust

Greggs Foundation

London Youth Support Trust
