Trojan Investment Funds
This open-ended investment company (OEIC) contains three publicly available funds: the Trojan Fund, the Trojan Income Fund and the Trojan Capital Fund. They all have different share classes suitable for private individuals, institutions, charities and intermediaries. The funds share Troy’s investment philosophy and approach, each having an absolute return objective and a desire to preserve capital. They offer a range of investment opportunities which allow investors to prioritise capital preservation, income or capital growth. We believe they are suitable for ISAs, PEPs and Self Invested Pension Plans (SIPPs).

The following share classes are available for the Trojan Investment Funds:

‘O’ class for private investors · ‘I’ class for intermediaries · ‘S’ class for registered charities

Investors choose Income or Accumulation shares according to their individual requirements.

Services to Charities
We regard the Troy investment philosophy as ideally suited to meeting the objectives of most charities.

The Trojan Fund, Trojan Income Fund and Trojan Capital Fund all have bespoke share classes which charge an annual management fee of 0.75% to registered charities.

Our focus on capital preservation and income growth provides stability to charities which have long term objectives.

Charities which rely on income to meet demand for annual grants need a predictable income stream which is at least maintained in real terms.

Low volatility is important as capital requirements for charities are unpredictable in their timing. Selling investments when markets are depressed can be a very costly experience.

We manage segregated portfolios for charities with very substantial assets.

Segregated Portfolios
Troy offers a segregated service for very substantial clients and charities.
