Launched in 2001, the Trojan Fund is a balanced fund
that aims to protect investors’ capital and increase
its value year on year. The Fund pursues an active asset
allocation strategy in order to capture a wide range
of performance and risk diversifying opportunities.
The Fund invests in equities, bonds, preference shares
and commodities. The equity weighting can range from
as little as 25% when we are very cautious up to 75%
when we are more optimistic. Within the equity portfolio,
the Fund invests in 30-45 UK and selected overseas companies.
The cash weighting is an active allocation decision
and can range from 0% to 50%.
The Trojan Fund is used by many investors as the core
of their lower risk assets.

Launched in 2004, the Trojan Income Fund is an equity
biased fund that aims to provide growing levels of income
that are in excess of the yield offered by the UK equity
market.
The Fund invests predominantly in equities but may
hold bonds and preference shares. The equity weighting
can range from 75% to 100%. Within the equity portfolio,
the Fund invests in 35-45 UK and selected overseas companies.
The Trojan Income Fund is used by investors who seek
an above average income from an equity-oriented approach.

Launched in 2006, the Trojan Capital Fund is an equity
fund that aims to provide substantial capital growth
in the longer term.
The Fund invests in high quality or transforming companies
of all sizes, predominantly in the UK. Up to 25% of
the Fund may be held in Continental European companies.
The Trojan Capital Fund is used by investors who seek
higher long-term growth, often in addition to their
holdings in the Trojan Fund or the Trojan Income Fund.
